Gather your bread Clean out your flute Thy neighbors have left and I must follow suit King says no more We must leave this land It’s a peasant’s good bye Raise your Thumb It’s good to be king and rule over lands Guiding my people, to their new homeland You may think it cruel, but it had to be done They were thieves, and liars Every single one It’s a peasant’s goodbye Raise your thumb Raise your Thumb X2 That night, distraught by the loss of his sister Bell, King developed a variety of compulsive behaviors; the worst was a gambling addiction. On February 5th, 2024 King visited Mystic Lake Casino. He lost over $300 dollars in 12 hours playing a combination of slots and Black Jack. Over the next 3 months, he slowly distanced himself from all social circles, cutting ties with anyone close to him. Sometimes those of us who seem to have everything a person could ever want, really have nothing at all. It’s a peasant’s goodbye Raise your thumb

It’s good to be king It’s good to be king Goin’ downtown, come here me sing It’s good to be king Come kiss my ring Life don’t mean a thing It’s good to be king Friday nights in the old town square Lookin’ for sis’ won’t you please come home My little sis’ with the sweet little lisp Why won’t you come home? REPEAT 1st Verse It’s good to be king It’s good to be king It’s good to be king It’s good to be king

He looks like an angel, flowing blonde hair Talks like a demon with a demonic stare What is he thinking, why is he here? Why does his presence always fill me with fear? CHORUS Cause He’s the big man on campus The big man on campus OUTRO Christmas Eve 1998 Snowfall on the leaves, it was getting late There was but a knock on the cabin door Next thing I knew we were tied up on the floor Sister they took you away That was not a very joyful Christmas day

You put a bluebird under my hair in a rainbow Burned into my mind, the image of the man who took, my sister Bell Floating in the doorway bathed in moonlite With a wink he was gone and so was she You left a bluebird under my skin in a rainbow 25 years is a long long time, I found your lair and I drank your wine My knife is ready and my magic is strong Mark my words you don’t have long Vengeance for Bell, for all the tears I’ve cried It will not be quick I will not be kind You put a bluebird under my hair in a rainbow
